The Universal Merchant Bank (UMB) has said it has resolved the technical issue with Mobile Money transactions on the SpeedApp.
Announcing the challenge, UMB said in a message that “we are having challenges with Mobile Money transactions on UMB SpeedApp. Our technicians are working to resolve it.
“We apologize for any inconvenience caused and we will notify you once service is restored. “
However, the bank said in another message that the problems have been resolved.
“Dear Customer, we are happy to inform you that the technical issue with Mobile Money transactions on UMB SpeedApp has been resolved. Thank you for your patience,” a different message said.
