Vodafone Ghana has said that all of its retail shops across the country will be opened for business from Monday 27th April.
Vodafone closed some of the retail shops following the restrictions placed on movements of persons in some parts of the country as a measure to curb the spread pf the COVID-19 infection.
The restrictions have been lifted by President Akufo-Addo.
In a message to its customers on Saturday April 25 Vodafone said : “Please be informed that from Monday 27th April 2020, all Vodafone Retail Shops across the country will be open, Mondays to Saturdays from 9am to 2pm.”
The telecom giant said it is ensuring that all precautionary measures are adhered to including a mandatory wearing of face mask.
“To ensure compliance with the President’s directive on the use of face mask, we have instituted a mandatory wearing of face mask at all our offices. We advise you to kindly wear your mask as this directive will be strictly enforced at all of our retail shops” the message added.
“It is advised to stay home if you have nothing to do outside since one way of transferring the virus is from one person to the other is through movement.”
